Sales Manager
(Beograd)

Responsibilities:

  • Developing sales in the territory of Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Croatia, Macedonia
  • Responsible for achievement of sales plans and targets
  • Direct contact with key customers
  • Participate in development of business plan, budget and marketing plan
  • Responsible for preparation and negotiation of contracts
  • Analysis of results and preparing reports
  • Market research
  • Monitoring sales, targets, deliveries and payment

Required skills and knowledge:

  • Higher education, preferably technical / economic
  • At least 3 years of work experience in sales preferably in the field of construction and/or decorative paints
  • At least 3 years experience in leading team
  • In depth knowledge of business sales principles and processes
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Mobility
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Ability to work independently in a multi-cultural team environment
  • Efficient user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High communication skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Able to work under pressure
